My expectations were far exceeded with Tendai! I was so relaxed during my appointment that my smart watch thought I was napping! Not only was it relaxing, but I also felt like Tendai really worked in spots that were tender without causing me pain during the appointment. She gave me tips on how to get the most out of the session while at home. Booking was easy, the space is very nice and calming. I will definitely be back!
