I purchased an Electric Motion motorcycle from D&M last summer, and Derrick said he'd mail me the paperwork so I could get the title. After many, many phone calls to D&M, I finally received the paperwork about 6 months after purchase. During that time, I couldn’t license it to get my off-road stickers or registration, so it pretty much sat in the garage. I ordered a street legal kit for my Electric Motion from D&M about a year ago and paid $1,200 in advance. At the time I placed the order, Derrick told me it would take 2-3 weeks to receive it. Now, a year later, and many, many phone calls to Derrick to either receive the kit or a refund, Derrick has ghosted me and has decided to pocket my money and not deliver product. I would never buy anything from D&M again. A motorcycle is supposed to be fun, but Derrick has made it anything but.
I've tried to get a call-back about my Electric Motion, because every time I call I just get voice mail. I don't live in Boring, so I can't just walk over to the shop, but I don't think I would buy anything from them again because of their apparent disrespect for at least this customer.
