We had this business out to see if our broken AC could be fixed and provide an estimate. They billed us for their time. No work was completed but they feel they are due a service call to provide us with an estimate. Beware before calling this company for a quote, you might be on the hook for a service call.
Our experience with D&M has always been first-rate. This past week we had an issue and it was resolved on the same day. Cody was our plumber. He came prepared. Walked us through what was wrong and made the repairs. He was both very professional and very friendly. I couldn't recommend D&M more highly. Doug H
