Hired for a cabin stain job very willing to sign on for the job. We were not on location when he did the job assured us that would be fine because there was a 1 year warranty on painting when he told us he was finished he needed us to send the final payment electronically as he needed money but when contract was signed he encouraged us to pay by check.
