They were very quick to respond. I came home from vacation and found my A/C not working and could not cool the house to less than 86°. After a couple of days of dinking around, I finally called D&M at 10pm. They came out the next day and the house is now at a cool 78°!
Our central heat and air system was installed by Comfort Systems 10 yrs ago, but one unfortunate day one of their techs neglected to replace the a/c filter which just really caused a mess in the evaporator coil. He returned and cleaned it (sort of) but not really well enough to work for long. When I asked them to clean it again, they wanted $600!
