I had a deeply unprofessional experience with D&M Leasing, specifically with a representative named Anthony. After providing all my personal and financial information in good faith, the process became completely one-sided. Instead of helping me find a vehicle, it felt like my data was being used solely to maximize their profit rather than meet my needs. We purchased a fabulous vehicle from D&M Leasing through salesman, Tim Irwin, and we have nothing but glowing things to say! Not only was the vehicle priced fair, there were no surprise hidden fees that came out once we discussed buying it. Tim was straightforward, kind, relaxed, and informative. He called when he said he would call, and he did what he said he would do. He made the process quick and simple. I cannot recommend D&M Leasing and Tim Irwin enough! And my new vehicle is AMAZING!!! Updating to reflect sheer disappointment and neglect after the sale closed (and I was asked multiple times to write a review); 1 star (Zero if allowed)- I have attempted multiple times to get in contact with my support team member (calls, texts, emails), with zero response or follow through.
