I had lots of work done 20 years ago at my cottage by these guys. The work and pricing was great. Now, I can't even get them to give me a quote to replace a deck that they had built. Months and months of follow up with them and I never get anything back. REALLY REALLY bad customer service. Some of my cottage neighbors were saying the same thing. I'm surprised they're still in business.
