One of the worst experiences with a store in my life, happened a few years ago now. Attempted to get a custom ring made for my wife and they continually lowered the price (without me asking) and promised it would be ready by Christmas. By New Years Eve I had heard nothing, after repeatedly calling they told me the work hadn't even started yet and that I would need to pay more money as their 'ring designer' couldn't do the job for that price.
