Be mindful if you consider to deal with JL Property. Our experience is very unpleasant. We bought a property through JL property earlier this year, however he did not disclose everything regarding to the property and the tenant at the time which then causing us a lot of trouble afterwards. We did not try to contact the agent again after dealing with the trouble. The experience during the purchase wasn’t nice. The agent at the time was very pushy.
Had a meeting with Joshua today regarding strata management. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks for your time much appreciated

Just wanted to leave a positive shout out for a job well done, it’s not often people go out of their way to make you feel at ease understanding the logistics in relation with property strata.
