I did not want to leave this review, as this was our first home-buying experience, but future buyers should be aware of the issues we faced. Purchasing our first home was a very poor experience, and the effects of the agent’s actions continued well after settlement. As first-home buyers, we relied on the agent to act transparently and in good faith. Instead, the negotiation process felt rushed and pushy, limiting our ability to fully understand the transaction.
