We had a Generac installed by DM Electric several years ago. Recently, it stopped running it's self test and the green light turned red. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online, which I appreciate because it was the weekend. Christian and Juan Carlos arrived at the appointed time and quickly resolved the issue. Technicians Rubio, Christian, & Juan Carlos serviced my Generac. They communicated when would arrive and were on time. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. After servicing unit they checked to make sure the unit transfer switch operated correctly.
I was very pleased with the two men that came out to service my generator , I would recommend them anytime very professional good work
