Brookside Basements gets a ten star review, from star to finish Michael was strait forward about the whole process and the communication was second to none. Now the most important thing is the finish product. Iv used many renovations companies before and not one has compared to the job these guys do. What I have found through my experience with this company is that if you are fair with them they are fair with you. Highly recommended.
We had our bathroom renovated about six months ago and are still very happy with the result. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Michael was easy to communicate with, the work was completed on time and within our budget, and there were no unexpected issues or hidden costs. The quality of the work has been great, and we would definitely use Michael and his team again.
I have been contracted to frame many projects for Brookside Basement and the process always stays the same. Job sites are always clean and organized ready to go. Michael has respect for owners, trades and the neighborhood they are working in. Brookside takes pride quality start to finish!
From our very first meeting, I was impressed by Michael’s knowledge and professionalism. He was always available to walk me through each step of the process and consistently provided a variety of options to consider. The quote he provided was fair and closely matched the final cost, which I really appreciated. He also recommended a designer, which immediately put me at ease and made the experience even smoother. The quality of the work is top-notch, and I could not be happier with the final result.
Working with Michael and his team through multiple projects has been excellent. He is always organized, always communicative, and certainly cares about his customers.
