From start to finish Dan was extremely professional, Helpful, Consistent and all around excellent! My daughter’s car was damaged in October. A Collision place my Insurance wanted me to go with kept telling me repeatedly they couldn’t get the parts etc. So finally in January, I reached out to DM collision. So thankful we did! The parts were ordered, the insurance was taken care of and her vehicle was repaired and painted in approximately 2 1/2 weeks. Overall amazing experience.
I was very happy with my experience at DM Collision. Mini van vs dumpster going about 4 mph, the cost of the damage was very surprising to me. Dan explained the reason behind every repair recommended, and he even explained step by step what I had to do to submit the claim to my insurance. He had knowledge of how to work with tons of insurance companies, and the details of how to work with mine. Dan was terrific, great attention to detail. When allstate wanted to pay for junk parts, he fought them tooth and nail to pay for proper parts. I wouldn't take my vehicle to anyone else, best body man in the business!!!
