Absolutely 100% could not recommend more. My drivers side rear door was hit as someone turned into me and left damage to the interior as well. When I went on to get a quote he actually explained everything in detail about the process and answered all my questions with no problem. He also went above and beyond helping me with the insurance. Dan has excellent communication and did great work! He knows his craft and is willing to share and educate his customers in the process. I would definitly go to Dan again if the need came up and would recommend him to anyone.
I didn’t end up getting work done just yet on replacing a deep chip in my passenger side door (due to financial reasons). However, Daniel added touch up paint to my vehicle for me to prevent rust which eased my mind so much! He explained his quote to fix the chip so thoroughly and I can tell he has great attention to detail which I appreciate. Will for sure be coming back when I decide to have the work done!!
From start to finish Dan was extremely professional, Helpful, Consistent and all around excellent! My daughter’s car was damaged in October. A Collision place my Insurance wanted me to go with kept telling me repeatedly they couldn’t get the parts etc. So finally in January, I reached out to DM collision. So thankful we did! The parts were ordered, the insurance was taken care of and her vehicle was repaired and painted in approximately 2 1/2 weeks. Overall amazing experience.
