Excellent customer service. Liz, Edith and the staff and the staff were professional, polite and accommodating.
Phone interview questions are the same as the pre-screen. After the pre-screen and plus vitals you are compensated an empty $25 gift card. I called them 3 times giving them time to get back to me. Failed failed failed. I'm to start the study next week. If they can't honor their $25 American Express gift card HOW WILL THEY HONOR THE STUDY. NOW I FEEL THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU WHAT THE STUDY IS WORTH AND NOT PAY AT ALL
Great experience, staff was terrific, glad to take part in the study.
