Do not use DM Certifiers under any circumstances. They just don't care, don't return calls, don't do the work. Weeks and weeks go by. Very disappointed Rawson Homes uses this company and I had to.
I was initially hesitant after reading all the other reviews, but my builder (who was very trustworthy) said that they had dealt with DM certifiers and SPC a few times and had no issues. I was advised by numerous neighbours and locals not to use Parramatta Council for certification, so I reluctantly used DM certifiers/SPC certifiers even in spite of the past bad reviews.
