Tom who answered the phone was rude and arrogant as hell. However I'm ROTFL cause Bowman had to call the most expensive expedite carrier to get their customers freight picked up and brought to their Hopewell Rd Hagerstown Md location. Tom must be a family member with attitude, arrogant and rudeness like his. I hope Jesus treats you like you treat others.
