Absolutely outstanding and top-notch customer service! I would give 10 stars if I could. Short story, we live 4.5 hours away in the US from our cottage on White Lake near Tamworth. Spent several hours trying to get our 1996 Evinrude 88hp up and running for the season and I was faced with issues beyond my ability to keep the engine running. Darren has put together a great, knowledgeable crew. They’ve been super patient and understanding in communicating the functions and expectations of what I’ve got. Turn around time has been amazing. Darren is always super quick to respond and give great recommendations that really put my worries to ease. Glad I could find this vault of experience right around the corner.
More than fair price on immaculate boat. Noticed a fault prior to delivery and fixed at no cost. Speaks directly which is refreshing.edit Asked about trailer tires and pointed me to the best deal in town. If you want a straight up honest dealer this is it. If you want schmoozing car salesmen go elsewhere.
Offered a trade on marketplace which they reasonably countered and I expressed interest. I proceeded to ask two follow up questions (swim ladder and hours on outboard) and DM Boat Sales accused me of asking "25" questions and stated the owner was no longer interested in trades within 5 minutes of proposing it. I assume they regretted proposing the trade and renegged the negotiation. Whoever does the fb marketplace has the negotiation techniques and attitude of a toddler...
