Absolutely dishonest and unprofessional garage. We brought our van in for a pre-purchase inspection at the request of a potential buyer. Not only did they refuse to share any feedback with us, but they also sent the buyer a quote of over $6,000 filled with completely made-up issues. No transparency, no professionalism. It was clearly an attempt to scare the buyer into unnecessary repairs and scam someone unfamiliar with mechanics. 1 star only because 0 isn’t possible! Worst garage I’ve ever seen. I went for a simple pre-purchase inspection , the car had just passed a WOF at VTNZ and they suddenly found 20 supposed “issues”, most of which made no sense. It was clearly an attempt to scam us and ruin the sale. Avoid this place if you don’t want to get ripped off.
Excellent and very expert
This company was awesome, I had car trouble while in town I live an hour away. They looked at my car straight away diagnosed the fault and had it fixed within two days. They were helpful and friendly and the cost was very reasonable too. Thanks Ricky and team. Highly recommend this business. Very grateful customer :)
