Dip is an excellent mechanic who is always straight forward with you about your vehicle. Highly recommend him. I live a good distance from the shop but I will pass up 3 shops to take it to D & M.
Everyone in the shop have been nothing but kind to me. They always address my issues in a timely matter and go above and beyond to help me anyway they can. The receptionist/secretary Sandy is absolutely amazing!!! I am a sucker for good customer service and a friendly atmosphere and she is one of the reasons I continue to go back to D&M auto.
When it comes to this Shop, I would say the mechanics are extremely friendly and courteous. However, when it comes to the Actual owner of this shop, he nonprofessional, extremely rude, obnoxious and chooses who he charges for the work he does on vehicles meaning that if he knows someone they are fine and he doesn't charge or make them pay for the parts or labor until the vehicle is finished.
