June 27th 2025, Julie of D&M Auto recycling gave my wife & I fast, professional & the best customer service today. She searched her computer for the needed info, then went out into the yard personally to make sure what we wanted {replacement head rests for the back seat of our 2018 Hyundai Elantra} were the correct color, size & type, then on top of all that, gave us a gift of a seniors price, for Canada Day weekend.. Convinced to go with a local seller vs. a potential 3 star Amazon seller these unmotivated people were slow & dishonest. Failing to mark their sku # on the piece they sold me upon attempted return of the un-needed part they placed their failure to follow company policy as an attempt to return a part that hadn't originate in their wreckage. They were slow to confirm they had the part (contacted 1 day & then an additional ~2.5 hours another day on confirmation the part would be purchased). Ordered a door to be shipped to edmonton, and Recieved it on time with good shape, and no issues, will use them again for sure..
