Worst experience for daughter's prom!! FIRST..received a call from driver at scheduled pick up time saying there was an alternator issue w the limo, he had to go back to the shop to get a different limo & would be 15 minutes late. Arrived a total of 50 minutes past the scheduled time making the group change their plans. Ok this was sorta acceptable...tho wouldn't you of known of such issue before pick up time?!
