Eve represented me in my divorce case. she did absolutely nothing in mediation. It was disappointing. she just took my money. She charges for each email that is sent, she charges for talking to you on the phone, she charges for her paralegal to talk to you on the phone, she charges for her secretary to talk to you on the phone (we are talking about 5,7,8 minute calls) Look for another attorney if what you want is to solve a problem and not end up ruined with legal fees.
Nina responded within a couple of hours to my email after I found her firm's contact details on the Florida Bar website. Even though she didn't handle the type of case I had, she went above-and-beyond to answer my question and then to recommend another firm that practices the type of law best suited for my case. She then replied to another email after 930PM on a Thursday. She is clearly a hard worker and cares. I'm taking some time this evening to share my experience. I hope it helps others.
I was represented by Eve D’Lugo over 4 years ago and there’s not a week that goes by that I don’t think about how she did absolutely nothing to advocate for me. Hired Nina for divorce. Paid for filing but ex was never served. Didn’t speak up for me during mediation. Couldn’t find the paperwork I had the state mail to her office. Ex got everything. I recommend ex’s lawyer Ken Morse.
