Good customer service can sometimes be judged by how well a company recovers from something that may go wrong . In my case a leak developed from the gearbox after some work they had done which wasn't evident for a few months. I called them and explained the symptoms and they told me to bring it in,( no appointment needed) and they'd have a look. Prior experience at other garages made me apprehensive about having to have have a argument. Not with these folks. Very polite,, apologetic, problem solved and no charge. Thanks guys... read more
