Very interesting experience, with no resolution. He showed up to check out a leak on my hot tub. He walked up to my tub and within 30 seconds said this is your problem so he started looking for parts. He was at my house on the phone for a few hrs trying to find parts but saying they gatekeep him from parts yada yada yada. He said he would have to order online, he did and waited 3 weeks for parts. DAVID, was did a super job of not only replacing my circulation pump but was nice enough to fix the leaky pipe seals around it, he will take care of your hot tub where no other hot/spa business would even want to do the job on my Master Spa healthy living hot tub! Thanks David, you are the MAN!
I'm so glad I found David at Aquarius. He is a character but he is responsive, honest, and he knows how to fix hot tubs. I've had many companies come out and none of them could or would fix our tub, and I'm sure one of them made it worse. David came out on the day I called him, diagnosed the issue quickly, ordered the part, called me to check on the part (instead of making me call him to get in touch), and came out the day after we received it. David is a fricken hot tub guru, little quirky so don’t be thrown off by some randomness, but a true expert. Ultimately great service, very timely and entertaining personality.
