David is a fricken hot tub guru, little quirky so don’t be thrown off by some randomness, but a true expert. Ultimately great service, very timely and entertaining personality.
Total weirdo. Had a driver in a little car bring him here. He talked for 45 minutes about being worth billions. Said he was a scientist, a movie director and on and on all while his driver waited for him. We gave him cash and he hand wrote a receipt that said he would come back if the problem wasn’t fixed. I tried and tried and he never returned my call when our leak wasn’t fixed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY.
Made arrangements today at 10:00 am for repair at 3:00. No show. I texted at 3:30 with no response then I called at 4:00. Disappointed with his lack of communication and follow through.
I am sorry, but we had a terrible experience with this guy. At first it looked like this guys is great. Offered us to come the same day…. 4 days later after many many reschedules on his side with really weird excuses we finally cancelled. I don’t need to waste my time on this guys.
