I've been doing home workouts on and off for the past year or so. Finally had enough of not seeing any results and wanted to do something for a change. Saw the DLR ad and said it was FREE. Who doesn't like free?!? Especially when it comes to becoming healthier. Made my appointment with Coach Miguel, ended up signing up.
