This project started out well, but then went bad quickly. Demo was a disaster. The crew came unannounced and left our house hazardous and covered in rubble. From there, DLR was rushing to get to a higher paying job. He made many errors and missteps, then charged us more for the job, indicating he had mis-bid. We had to hire others to correct his errors and still haven't completed the job. Then he filed a lien against us. Beware!
