Had a terrible experience trying to get my lab order done here from my tele health Dr. I drove all the way from Seminole after confirming with my doctor that the lab was in their system. Once i arrived, i noticed the business was not called Quest Diagnostics as it mistakenly says it is on google maps, which was confusing as my doctor had called it that. I have driven 45 miles out of my way for several months to come here. It’s not a stab and grab and the staff is not hyped up on nicotine and Red Bull. Tina makes sure the paper work is correct.
I always get my blood work their they're efficient friendly and their service is really good
Checked in at the kiosk which estimated an 8 minute wait. After waiting over 20 minutes, not a single patient had been called back and there was no staff present at the front desk. There was no communication, no updates, and no indication that the queue was even moving. Several patients were sitting in the waiting room with no idea what was going on. Absolute Disregard for Patient Health and Time – Avoid This Location If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I am a patient traveling from Seminole, and after my experience here, I will never return. I had a Telehealth visit that provided me with a clear PDF lab order for a Comprehensive Metabolic Profile.
