Took my daughter for labs and they said they couldnt do labs because of a 187 bill. She had insurance at the time of service but because it had been turned over to collections they wouldnt do labs. If we had got a bill this wouldn have been taken care of. No bill no email nothing. Insurance pays 100 percent of this. This is 100 percent DLO fault and we will NEVER be back. If I could give zero stars I would. I have been battling with the billing department for 3 months over a bill they keep sending me. I have emailed the EOB 3 times now showing that I owe $0.00 for what they are billing me for. But yet they refuse to adjust their invoicing. Keep stating that it has to go to review board but I continue to get billed even though I keep calling every month to no avail of getting it resolved.
Quick friendly service. The staff at this location have always been great and very friendly.
Nearly everyone who works here is lovely. However, every time I have gone to get labs done, it takes forever. There is so much bureaucracy that nothing gets done. Faxes go back and forth between them and your drs—and don’t expect their phone service to be helpful at all. The operators are separate from those providing services and don’t know what is going on. I avoid DLO as much as possible.
