Have Thyroid labs from Texas & twice they’ve taken my labs to get preapproved & never been called. Like this location since labs show up on Q AP or website. My insurance pays.
I've been to this location 6 times over the past 16 months. Out of the 6 times, 3 left me disgusted! Twice, the same woman working in room 2 on February 19th 2024, and April 15th 2024, was handling the equipment with her bare hands. She even dropped my urine cup, and put her fingers in my urine cup, before handing it to me. The last time I went, which was a couple days ago, the woman in room 3 stuck me twice, and moved the needles around, resulting in me having a huge lump in my arm. Lady that drew blood Tina,did a wonderful job in and out very good at her job
Hi I would like to say that this place was absolutely outstanding in their customer service and help. Kogee has literally been the nicest human I have meet since moving here in November 2023. Even with this said I would like to thank all the staff members that were there to help me. Though I had to go back another day they helped me make sure to have what I needed and know what was going on so I didn't have to pay out-of-pocket for my testing. Thank you again. Once again BRAVO TO KOGEE!
