I don’t remember her name, because I’m horrible with names. But she was red-headed and in room 4. Amazing. She asked what arm I prefer and I told her exactly where to do it (bicep because of how I’m made) and she did it first try and I was out in 5 minutes! Normally the phlebotomist does whatever they want and pokes me everywhere first because apparently biceps intimidate them which always results in them having to get a supervisor to do my bicep anyways. My 1 y.o. son had his blood drawn here for 2 tests. When I left I was told that they had enough blood but 1 test was unable to be completed due to not taking enough blood. The solution offered was to pay them for another blood draw. We will not be using this DLO ever again.
Ella or Emma was her name she was so professional. It was hard to find a vein but she did it!
