I had a lot of weird test, bree was very patient with me!! Bree was wonderful. she gave me stickers..
If I could give zero stars I would. I have been battling with the billing department for 3 months over a bill they keep sending me. I have emailed the EOB 3 times now showing that I owe $0.00 for what they are billing me for. But yet they refuse to adjust their invoicing. Keep stating that it has to go to review board but I continue to get billed even though I keep calling every month to no avail of getting it resolved.
My doctor's office couldn't find a vein. I was sent to DLO sat down, they had drawn my blood the first time.👍🏻 left a happy camper. No pin cushion today. No poke and hope. One time and I was out the door🤗 good job DLO! good services. 🤌🏻 See yous guys for my next blood test. 😎

I’m a hard-stick after 20+ years of regular bloodwork for monitoring. Every single experience for the last 2 years has been awful. I went to this location for the first time out of convenience and just prepared myself for another crappy experience. Aubbie (I hope I spelled that correctly) proved me wrong and was absolutely incredible. Found a good vein, hit it on the first try, no pain at all… DONE! Excellent job. I’ll be a regular for her now - without question. Sometimes it’s the little things that can make a person’s day!
