UPDATE: called as they requested below.The billing dep indicated that they only bill 2 insurances. We have to "self file" for the third. News to me. Either the bill did not make it to the third in appointments before or bad information. Still not happy. Will have to see what the bill says. When I did blood work, the person helping me said they did not have space available for all the insurance information. When I did blood work, the person helping me said they did not have space available for all the insurance information. The person helping my husband this morning said they could have entered it in a note section. Said they can't do anything about it now. So now I wait to find out if I get billed. The only way to reach them is to call the 800 number and then that person calls the lab for you. A pain to use!
There was little to no wait time ( I arrived at 8). The staff member was very nice as well and seemed experienced!
