Horrible UNDERSTANDING here at this place... The Mexican girl that did my labs, either didn't understand how to do paperwork and make sure my Doctors get the information or she just didn't care... 2 of my Doctors need the information and she only sent it to one ?? I told her that both Doctors need the information and she said they will...... She was the very first office when you go to the back...... .. Not happy with the service and would have given a zero...
I go out of my way, passing many other DLOs around town to come to Quailbrook because Tamara is just plain awesome! I’d been doing my lab draws there for a while, and finally brought my elderly mother-in-law to have Tamara draw her labs because every other place I’ve taken her to, they always have a hard time finding a vein and she would have to endure multiple sticks. I am normally a very hard stick, but not here!!! I am only coming to this location going forward - these ladies know what they are doing and are so fun!
This is the best DLO site hands down! I have CKD and have to do labs every month. Tamara always greets with me a smile and she feels like family. When you are chronically ill, positivity and kindness really matters especially when you are dreading going to do labs one again! Thankful for this staff and their site leader, Tamara!
