By far the BEST and EASIEST blood draw experience I have ever had. Teshala is the professional that did the service. She was so friendly and she got the stick in her first try. This was the best blood draw experience I've had in a long time! I made an appointment and was seen the same day. It was late on a Friday, and there were no other patients. I was actually in and out before my scheduled time. More importantly, my technician was fantastic. When I told her I have problems with anxiety, she chatted with me to keep my mind occupied. The draw was done in no time and with minimal discomfort. I wish I'd gotten the young woman's name so I could thank her properly!
Friendly and efficient
Excellent patient interaction, but the billing department is a nightmare. Going anywhere else possible not to deal with this company again.
