Go anywhere but here, their customer service is horrible. After getting a message from my husbands doctor that some of the lab work he ordered had not been done, I tried calling to fix the problem. I was told they needed to talk to my husband first, but he wasn't home. I offered to send them my Power of Attorney so they could work with me, but they then proceeded to transfer me back and forth to the same offices over and over. If you are going to have a drug test for an employer, do not go to this clinic. They do not test the same as other clinics. They treat you like a criminal; they follow the same procedures as if you were just out of jail and testing the court system. I was told I only had 4 minutes in the bathroom. I am 60 years old, have a clean record, and have never been in trouble with the law. I was denied a bit of water because I could not go to the bathroom. I am surprised at the poor quality of the experience since it was at Baptist Integris building A. It smelled like sewage in there. I was quiet minding my own business when I was called back. The person who withdrew my blood was a woman wearing a jacket with the name of Rita, she kept calling me "Love". She attempted to stick me 3 times ( painfully) before asking someone else to do it.
