I come here pretty often, today was the worst experience I ever had. The staff was extremely rude and made me feel as if they were teaming up against me. I almost walked out. The lady even called her supervisor, complained about ME for 3 or 4 minutes then asked me if I wanted to complain to her boss. Both ladies seemed to be hungry for a fight. I just asked them to please hurry with my blood draw so I can go on my way. That attitude should not be in the healthcare business.
I always go at opening time and have no issues. The staff is always super nice.
Wait time less than 5 minutes, it’s nit crowded like other DLO’s! very clean & neat place, the lady that worked with me to do my test was so friendly.Recommended!
Checked in to get blood drawn. Timer said 15 minutes. Now, 44 minutes later, it's finally drawn. Those must be DLO minutes.
We base a lot of medical decisions off lab work. If a company like DLO can't even handle basic appointment booking then you have to wonder how accurate are they really? Seriously they fail at the basics. I had the doctor's orders, they verified them and I had an appointment booked. But when I showed up they said they would have to fax additional paperwork for approval to some mysterious central office. This archaic policy is company-wide so all locations suffer from this.
