Very gentle
Unable to contact, standing in the waiting room to drop off something and all the phone numbers automatically hung up, no matter what number I called or what selection I made.
I do not like leaving 1 star reviews and try not to. However our experience at this DLO facility was awful and I do not want others to be subject to being treated the way my wife and I were. The young lady was hateful and condescending when we were dropping a specimen off. If we made a mistake doing an at home collection I can accept that. We are not medical professionals. Instruction and teaching on proper collection is fine but being talked down to in a hateful manner is absolutely unacceptable.
I have a lot of anxiety around blood tests due to having hard to find veins. The phlebotomist Katie was very kind and got me on the first try! Also, got in and out quickly based on my appointment time.
Cherry was very nice to me. She got me in and out quickly.
