Checked in for a walk in at their digital kiosk, selected the I’ll wait outside option to text me as the inside was full. EST. 43 min wait was ok.. no problem with that. Got the text message to come back into the service center at 10:19am. I was sitting in a seat by 10:20am (so I’m guessing you need to walk at a higher rate of speed to make it to the seat within 10 seconds). Fast forward to 11:20am they finally ask me am I waiting on someone. Apparently they called my name between 10:19am and 10:20am and assumed I was gone. ... read more
Very gentle
Unable to contact, standing in the waiting room to drop off something and all the phone numbers automatically hung up, no matter what number I called or what selection I made.
I do not like leaving 1 star reviews and try not to. However our experience at this DLO facility was awful and I do not want others to be subject to being treated the way my wife and I were. The young lady was hateful and condescending when we were dropping a specimen off. If we made a mistake doing an at home collection I can accept that. We are not medical professionals. Instruction and teaching on proper collection is fine but being talked down to in a hateful manner is absolutely unacceptable.
