I've gotten lab work done here for two years. My experience getting blood drawn and receiving my lab results has been great. The employees are always friendly and put me at ease. Also, I've received my results very quickly. My only complaint with DLO is with their payment process. Both times I've gotten labs done here (2020 and 2021) I pay at the lab, but the payment never actually goes through with my bank. Last year, I received a bill two months after my lab work was done because the payment I made at the lab never process... read more
