I needed help getting the right fax number to have my labs request sent to and I was a bit frustrated because I couldn’t find the # and then Natasha answered the phone and made my day! She was concise, professional and very swift helping me!!! Management take note she deserves to be in a leadership position based on that one encounter. Use this lab location folks!
My 10 month old baby needed routine labs. After a not-so-great experience with Children’s lab downtown, we decided to try our local DLO where I’ve been going without incident for 5 years! I figured they don’t see children too often there, but they did so amazing, and my baby did not cry or make a peep! They were quick, precise and professional. Would highly recommend this location for their great work!
