Ok so this is one of the easier DLO locations to find because it isn’t sandwiched between a bunch of other medical plazas. There is plenty of parking and DLO is on the second floor. You check in on the kiosk which is quite easy to use! The waiting area is quite nice. Wait time is minimal and they move expeditiously. The phlebotomists are kind and very informative! Workers were very professional & friendly. Despite the busy crowd likely due to post-holiday traffic they were fast and efficient!
Make an appointment BEFORE coming here!! When I arrived at 7:30am on a Tuesday, there was a 93-minute wait, 4 appointments scheduled, 11 people in the waiting room and 0 being helped - according to information on their screen. Truly absurd Update: I was out in 67 minutes.
This location needs more resources, it's quality is still good, but it has been getting obnoxiously backed up a LOT more in the past year. In a waiting room now where there is over an hour wait list. Taking over 20 mins per person.
