Wait times are absolutely ridiculous.
I’m sure your employees are good at what they do but when I walk in and see 30 people in the waiting room, I’m not sure I want an overworked employee sticking me in the arm. It’s just a mistake waiting to happen. You either need to hire more people, or open more locations or take appointments or something. I decided getting blood work wasn’t worth a 1hr wait. Fine for me, but could be life and death for someone else.
