Everyone is nice and very helpful.
This has been my go to place for lab since it opened. Trust me people, when you read that Ty is amazing it is fact.
The tech was great and took her time with me since I have a history of fainting. She was amazing. I feel like this place needs a second person all day for patient and employees safety. I’ve never been to a DLO before with only one employee. Ty is amazing at what she does so this isn’t anything against her. Just need more help.
I do not like needles or getting blood drawn so I wanted to pick a location with the best reviews. The reviews did not lie this time and I’m glad I trusted everyone’s feedback. Ty was amazing and made the whole process actually enjoyable by distracting me with great conversation. She was efficient and professional. I will be going back to this location in the future!
Always one person working. Wait forever. Appointments don't make it faster. "Current staffing levels" is a different way to say "we're not hiring more people for profit reasons".
