Rude staff, unbelievable & unacceptable. Waiting for more than an hour just to get a pre-employment urine test done! No customer service at all, the brunette lady was rude and not helpful!!!! Horrible place the new employment sent me !!!! This place is slower than the DMV !! After an hour and 5 minutes, I got my 5 minute urine drug screen done!!! INSANE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok so this is the second DLO site I have visited this week. This location is pretty easy to find and there’s signage for DLO in the parking lot. The facility is on the second floor and as soon as you exit the elevator, you’re met with more helpful signage. I almost walked into the wrong door but they have a sign on that door directing you to the correct door! So that’s a nice touch! Wait time was projected at about 15 minutes but I believe they beat that by about 5 minutes!!
HATS OFF TO NICHOLE!! I am a very difficult stick. Nichole knows her stuff. First time someone at DLO got my vein on 1st stick without a hot pack and probing around. I'm going to ask for her every time that I need blood drawn
