I had an appointment. The reason for setting an appointment is to save time. When i get there, they say they have to get approval because my Dr is out of state and they are actually only 49% Qwest of whom my Dr had already paid as I had already paid them. They say this will take up to an hour to get approval. I had to wait over 50 minutes. Why could they not get this approval "before" I get there for the actual appointment??? Bad customer experience. I had a great experience with DLO Broken Arrow. I arrived to find out that my doctor had sent my Oder because I happened to me order over which I was frustrated because that happened to me the last time it wasn’t sent over to DLO. Mela (DLO employee) Kindly suggested that I asked my doctor to fax the order over. So I called my doctor requested it. Mela Came back to check on me to see if I had called my dr and I told her I had. Mela is exceptional! Extremely professional and quick. My doctor’s office was unable to draw and Mela made the process simple and smooth. I have an entirely new perspective on labs now!
I am so impressed by Bailey! I have small rolling veins and normally have to be stuck several times and no one ever gets me in the arm. Bailey got it on the 1st stick and got me in the arm! I barely felt it! Give this girl a raise!
