Walked in at 11:52 some rude very heavy set woman with unkempt hair that I thought was a cleaning lady came up and told me they were closed and to come back at 1:00. I said it’s not 12:00 yet and she said she knows but she was going to lunch. Like what? The sign says they close at 12:00 so that means anyone who checks in before 12:00 SHOULD rightfully be seen but not with her. I am not impressed with DLO labs anywhere. After yrs in medicine I have found they are not as good as other labs. So this one my dr in OKC sent me to. Wow! He could've sent order to my primary and she could've done it all. When I walked in there is NOBODY. You check in with the computer. Then 1 woman comes out calls ya in. I am still trying to get my records or lab reports. There website is horrid and messed up so had to call for records was told "we are waiting on 2 so you will have to check back" couldn't fix so I could ge... read more
