I had an appointment. The reason for setting an appointment is to save time. When i get there, they say they have to get approval because my Dr is out of state and they are actually only 49% Qwest of whom my Dr had already paid as I had already paid them. They say this will take up to an hour to get approval. I had to wait over 50 minutes. Why could they not get this approval "before" I get there for the actual appointment??? Bad customer experience. I had a great experience with DLO Broken Arrow. I arrived to find out that my doctor had sent my Oder because I happened to me order over which I was frustrated because that happened to me the last time it wasn’t sent over to DLO. Mela (DLO employee) Kindly suggested that I asked my doctor to fax the order over. So I called my doctor requested it. Mela Came back to check on me to see if I had called my dr and I told her I had.
