Always a fast experience. The ladies in here are always friendly and helpful. Whenever I go it is not too busy, and you know when you are next. Clean facility and fast service.

Make an appointment! There's only one person working so the wait will be long if you don't, and the waiting room is HOT. Hours of operation are not very condusive for anyone with a job since they're only open 8-12 & 1-3. Also, if you're sensitive to smells, this may not be the place for you to get tested. Sandwich shop nextdoor smells very strong.
Lab opens at 7 AM I showed up at 7:10 checked in and sat in the lobby. The screen said one patient being seen and one in front of me. Perfect. I waited till about 7:30 before asking the man how low he had been there and he said he got there around 7:05. Around 7:40 neither of us had been helped or even talked to by a human. He walked out. I had to knock on the door around 7:50 then it took 2 minutes for a worker to walk up and open the door. Very poor experience trying to get lab work done for my son. The front desk receptionist was rude and had the worst customer service attitude I've experienced in quite some time from a healthcare worker. Will not recommend this lab site and definitely will not go back.
