This is my third time here today because they can’t seem to find the order that was sent by my doctor’s office. They have faxed it directly multiple times and emailed it to DLO. I even showed it to them in person and they refused to accept it. The nurse was not helpful at all in helping me fix this situation. I would even go as far to say that she was blatantly rude. Very professional and listen to you and your questions .I have very small veins , but Tiffany always gets me first time .This Location is always clean and nice employees..All this very important when you have health issues their kindness goes a long way. Thank you June Voight

Convenient hours of operation. Staff is generally friendly, though there are a few exceptions.
