They are unreasonable and disrespectful and the towing company. Yesterday I pulled in the driveway off of Church in whitewater my disabled parking plaquer in my car. I pulled in to the door of a main floor apartment and began to unload boxes to help this person and I went out to get my medicines and my walker and tried to do it quickly but a tow truck was pulling out with my car. I put one star dlk for the fact that my elder aunt was at 282 church st helping me get stuff out when one of your guys walked by and then 15 minutes later her cars towed was never told visors needed a pass as well. Don't matter if people pay or not yall are rude rude people. It's nice to know yall sleep well at night knowing im not the only one with money troubles you guys are doing this too. 0/5 literally the worst apartment company you can rent from. Horrible management/maintenance, they tow cars for fun, and will never see you as a tenant just as a number in their monopoly. Good luck getting your security deposit back because you might get charged for a spill or stain that happened 10 years ago. Rent is cheap but doesn’t give them the right to treat you bad in the office and over the phone. Definitely rent from them if you like the smell of weed and like getting charged extra for random things. Good luck!
My son rented at Simon suite apartments for 2 years. He had no issues at all. I was worried w all the bad reviews, but he had a great experience and he received his entire security deposit back. There is someone always answering the phone for questions we had. We would recommend.
