After my trusted mechanic closed I was in a bind and looking for a new place and happy that a friend recommended DLJ. I had excellent service with both and inspection and replacement of brakes. I was given a time frame of when the car would be ready and they stood by that time. I had a great experience and thankful for the help I received.
Unjustifiably expensive
David and the staff are great, friendly and provide fast service. That said, I was really surprised by the pricing. I came in for a simple oil change, something I typically pay between $60–$80 for, and was charged $150. That’s almost double what I expected. Please don’t tell me it’s because of a better oil - I’ve paid $80 in the past for high-quality oil as well.
