Subcontractors beware. Our company, Presto Restoration, completed a facade restoration project for DLI Commercial this year on a Cushman and Wakefield and Citi property in Tampa, Florida for approximately $600k. We finished the work early at their request, based on assurances that early payment would follow. It has now been nearly 200 days since the contract was signed and 134 days since we invoiced, yet we have still not been paid, aside from a small partial payment of $30k that we had to push hard to receive.
