Went in because my old mechanic retired and needed a new one. Read reviews and came to this shop. Process so smooth and nice about everything. Honestly about repairs and what could wait vs what needed to be done. So happy with my experience. Made a customer for life.
Fantastic customer service. Matt was honest and up front about pricing. Didn't try to sell me on anything other than the issue at hand. As a woman I felt extremely comfortable dealing with Matt and it was refreshing knowing I could walk into a mechanics shop and not get duped because of my gender or lack of understanding.
