Rating: 2 stars Quality of service: a few years ago they were eager to provide good service. (snow removal in this case) When something was going wrong, you could mention that to them and they were always nice with you (assuming that customers also remain respectful). The defective service was immediately corrected. At that time we would have given them a 4-star rating. Example: in 2019, we called only once to mention a problem.
