Good lab work. Excellent. Using them for about 7 years. No complaints. Clients are always happy.
No costumer service, no support. Goodbye DLC. we will not send anymore cases.
No way to contact to this Lab!
DLC had a cyber attack a few weeks ago, and have not communicated with any of their offices about cases, what is happening, silence. Can't get ahold of anyone or a manager. Today we get a call from their billing department saying we have an outstanding invoice and the account is on hold. Yes the account has been on hold for weeks while we have received no communication and I can't even call to make a payment. Horrible way to handle this situation.
This lab has had cyber security issues for over a month now. We have called requesting a manager call us back for two weeks now and no one has called. We call everyday with no answer. We have several missing lab cases and have rescheduled patients several times due to having no idea when their case is coming in. DLC is not being honest about the severity of their security attack and has offered NO help and NO credit back to the offices who have dealt with the repercussions of their lack of communication and accountability.
