I had a highly frustrating experience with this tile contractor. During the installation, they cut into a joist, which is not only a huge mistake but also a violation of proper construction practices. An engineer later verified that this should never have been done. The damage to the structural integrity of my home could have been severe, and I now have to deal with costly repairs. Alfredo just recently remodeled our bathroom and we are beyond pleased. He was a absolute pleasure to do business with. Through the demo phase to completion, Alfredo was very clean, respectful and the quality was phenomenal. I Would highly recommend for anyone looking for tile work and bathroom remodels.
