Great Company. I spoke to the team initially last year about our property. I wasn't ready at the time of their first contact but they stayed in touch with us for over a year. The process was very simple. No hidden tricks or gimmicks. The title company we used was great as well. I would highly recommend them.
Darian and Leah were pleasant to work with; they visited the property, were respectful of the property and made me a reasonable offer. The process was fast ( about 10 days between offer and close) and they were true to their word. They did what they said they would do and there were no surprises. The title company they worked with (Innovative Title and Escrow Services) were very patient with us in explaining what we were signing and their role in this process.
