Miscommunication on when pictures would be sent. No tracking provided or email confirmation after order. Unfortunately, have to use them based on school preference.
Horrible, not sure why the school still uses these people. Rude don't take good photos would give zero stars if i could.
Absolutely the worst photography experience ever! There is seriously something wrong with this man!. Unfortunately he is “contracted by the school” and we are forced to use him! Even after numerous parent complaints! There is seriously something wrong with this guy!
